Assis­tance dogs are permit­ted through­out the entire Zuider­duin Hotel during the confer­ence, includ­ing in the restau­rant, but not in the pool area. However, assis­tance dogs must be iden­ti­fied as such (for exam­ple, by wear­ing a vest). In addi­tion, an offi­cial docu­ment confirm­ing the dog’s status as an assis­tance dog must be presented. 

Unfor­tu­nately, all other dogs must stay in their rooms; they are also not allowed in the restaurant.
