Supporting Program

Through­out the entire week of the event, the confer­ence office will serve as the central point of contact for all orga­ni­za­tional ques­tions regard­ing the “Egmond Circle.”

The team is avail­able to assist with regis­tra­tion, help you find your way around the venue, and answer ques­tions about the program, room assign­ments, and sched­ules. They are also happy to help with any indi­vid­ual concerns. 

In addi­tion to the confer­ence mate­ri­als, partic­i­pants will find all the impor­tant infor­ma­tion they need here to ensure their stay is as smooth and relax­ing as possible.

The confer­ence office provides reli­able support and quick guid­ance through­out the entire meeting.
