Hotel Zuider­duin, Egmond aan Zee (NL)
Hotel Zuider­duin is located about 100 meters from the beach. Its facil­i­ties include a restau­rant, a brasserie, and a pub. The facil­i­ties are wheel­chair accessible. 

Registration Fee

200 euros
Travel and lodg­ing costs are not included.

Meals

Lunch and dinner are included in the regis­tra­tion fee. Break­fast is also included for guests stay­ing overnight at the hotel.

Assistance

On-site staff will assist you with check-in and check-out during the confer­ence and with getting around Egmond aan Zee.

Translation

The offi­cial language of the confer­ence is German. Simul­ta­ne­ous inter­pre­ta­tion into English, as well as writ­ten and sign language inter­pre­ta­tion, will be provided. Simul­ta­ne­ous inter­pre­ta­tion into Portuguese is also planned.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved for partic­i­pants at the Hotel Zuider­duin. Reser­va­tions and payment for accom­mo­da­tions are to be made directly through the hotel.

Over the next few days, partic­i­pants will receive an invoice contain­ing the bank details and the refer­ence required to trans­fer the partic­i­pa­tion fee of 200 euros.
