What chal\u00adlenges, expe\u00adri\u00adences, and successes have shaped their&nbsp;path?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the \u201cEgmond Film Forum,\u201d we present docu\u00admen\u00adtaries and histor\u00adi\u00adcal tele\u00advi\u00adsion reports that open up differ\u00adent perspec\u00adtives on the thalido\u00admide story. They tell of life with thalido\u00admide damage, the commit\u00adment of those affected and their fami\u00adlies, and the fight for recog\u00adni\u00adtion, partic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion, and self-determination.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Among the films shown are \u201cVoices Against Forget\u00adting\u201d by Rainer Jagusch (2021), \u201cConter\u00adgan \u2013 The Parents\u201d by Andreas Fischer (2003), and the WDR produc\u00adtion \u201cArms, Legs, Who Has None, You Have Two and We Are Free\u201d (1971).
