The anticipation is building: The “Egmond Circle” begins on Monday, October 26. A week full of encounters, discussions, and shared experiences awaits us on the Dutch North Sea coast. Individuals with Contergan/Thalidomide damage from various countries will gather in Egmond aan Zee to renew old acquaintances, make new contacts, and exchange experiences.

Under the motto “Remember. Understand. Think Ahead.”, the focus will be on topics that concern many of us: health and aging, assistance and care, aids and mobility, as well as self-determination and social participation. However, the “Egmond Circle” is far more than just a congress. Exhibitions, creative workshops, readings, joint excursions, and social evenings offer numerous opportunities to get to know each other and engage in conversation.

It starts on Monday! From 3 PM, you can register at the congress office in Room 523. Those who wish can already explore Egmond on the day of arrival with a walk or bike tour, visit the first exhibitions, or end the evening in good company.

We look forward to seeing you, to many familiar and new faces, exciting conversations, and an unforgettable week together!
