Lunch: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, Dinner: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (buffet with assis­tance in the restaurant)

Quiet Room – Room 536: Retreat for anyone need­ing a break – you can pick up the key at the congress office
Assis­tance Room — Room 532: for those requir­ing addi­tional assis­tance – wheel­chair repair service avail­able on request
Luggage Stor­age — Room 530: On Oct 26, you can store your luggage here from 10 AM to 7 PM until check-in 

The hotel’s leisure facil­i­ties, such as the bowl­ing alley, sauna, and swim­ming pool, are also avail­able to you. You can borrow a bowl­ing ramp from the congress office. You can get more infor­ma­tion about the facil­i­ties and how to use them at reception.
